Job Description: • Design and implement hybrid and cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure and related services • Design and implement identity and access solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication, SSO, conditional access, and MFA • Develop infrastructure strategies for scalability, resilience, and security • Guide cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives • Design high-availability architectures for mission-critical workloads • Lead end-to-end enterprise data center solution design across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, backup, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments • Translate business and technical requirements into future-ready architectures aligned with client goals and technology strategies • Architect and integrate multi-vendor solutions using Cisco, HPE, Dell EMC, VMware, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Veeam • Develop HLD/LLD designs, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints • Incorporate hybrid cloud, automation, HCI, SDDC, and orchestration principles • Architect VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms • Design compute, storage, backup/recovery, and enterprise server infrastructure solutions • Support modernization of legacy systems into hybrid or cloud environments • Optimize performance and resource utilization across virtualized environments • Evaluate and integrate AI-driven services, automation, and intelligent data platforms • Design infrastructure for AI workloads, analytics, and modern applications • Consult with clients on AI readiness, governance, and infrastructure requirements • Support deployed infrastructure solutions in client environments • Troubleshoot servers, virtualization, storage, identity, and cloud-service issues • Monitor system health and implement updates, patches, and performance optimizations • Provide technical guidance and escalation support to clients and internal teams • Conduct discovery sessions and develop architecture documentation and implementation strategies • Present technical recommendations to CIOs, IT Directors, and executive stakeholders • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for long-term technology roadmaps • Partner with sales teams on solution architecture, technical validation, proposals, and RFP responses • Support proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot deployments • Collaborate with engineering teams on successful implementation • Develop technical documentation, architecture guides, and operational procedures • Monitor emerging technologies and recommend modernization opportunities • Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure solutions • Strong expertise with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Microsoft Azure • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity governance and security controls • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and/or Hyper-V • Experience supporting enterprise servers, storage, backup/recovery, and hybrid environments • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking fundamentals, and security best practices • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Preferred: experience supporting California SLED clients • Preferred: Microsoft Azure Architect, Microsoft identity/security, VMware, or equivalent certifications • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise-scale or multi-client environments Benefits: • Competitive compensation based on experience • Flexible engagement options: Full-time, Part-time, Contract • Fully remote work environment • Professional development opportunities • Training and certification support • Opportunity to work on innovative cloud and AI-driven projects
