We’re hiring a compassionate, energetic, people-focused Charity Event Assistant to join our team. No experience required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and a full benefits package. About the Role As a Charity Event Assistant, you’ll support event and outreach teams by connecting with community members at charity events, pop-up activations, and partner locations. Your role is to create meaningful interactions, share campaign information, and help supporters take action for important causes. Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage attendees at charity events with a professional, friendly approach Educate the public about nonprofit partners and campaigns Answer questions, address concerns, and guide supporters through the donation process Represent charity partners with integrity, empathy, and enthusiasm Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics Maintain a high-energy, positive presence throughout each event Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure donors feel valued What We’re Looking For No prior experience necessary—perfect for recent graduates or entry-level candidates.
