We’re hiring enthusiastic, relationship-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Client Relations Assistants. In this role, you’ll support our nonprofit partners and socially responsible brands by assisting with community outreach, event engagement, and supporter communication. No previous experience is necessary—we provide paid training, coaching, and hands-on onboarding. Role Summary As a Client Relations Assistant, you will represent clients at community events, interact with attendees, and help cultivate meaningful relationships with supporters. You’ll serve as a knowledgeable and welcoming point of contact while assisting with smooth event execution and ongoing client communication. This position is ideal for candidates interested in marketing, communications, outreach, customer engagement, or event support. Primary Responsibilities Represent nonprofit partners and impact-focused brands at local events and outreach sites Welcome and engage attendees, offering clear information about campaigns and initiatives Build genuine rapport with community members, donors, and supporters Assist with event logistics, setup, materials, and on-site coordination Gather feedback, track interactions, and support simple reporting for client teams Maintain consistent, professional communication with internal staff and client contacts Collaborate with outreach and marketing teams to ensure successful events Deliver excellent service in all community and client interactions What We’re Looking For Prior experience isn’t required—your communication skills, personality, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
