We are seeking friendly, energetic, and motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to start immediately. Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key face of our nonprofit and purpose-driven campaigns. You’ll engage with the public at live events, outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns, delivering exceptional customer service and helping raise awareness for meaningful causes. Key Responsibilities Represent nonprofit clients at community events, pop-ups, and promotional locations. Greet attendees, answer questions, and clearly communicate campaign goals. Assist with event setup, registration, teardown, and materials distribution. Engage with the community to promote awareness and encourage participation. Provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced event settings. Document guest interactions and share event feedback with the team. Collaborate with event leads and outreach coordinators for smooth operations. Maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented approach.
