Full Description

Position Overview The Change Management Analyst supports the planning and implementation of major phases of an enterprise-wide ERP transformation. This role is central to enabling end-user readiness, coordinating communications, managing superusers, and supporting the rollout of HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Workforce Management modules at a newly integrated hospital. This role requires strong capabilities in communication, coordination, content development, and project management. Candidates with backgrounds in communications, marketing, education, organizational development, or change management may be highly aligned. The ideal candidate excels at distilling complex information into clear messaging, managing logistics for large stakeholder groups, and developing polished communication materials. Core Competencies Required These are the primary competencies that will be prioritized during screening: • Communications Planning & Management • Ability to translate complex project information into clear, concise “need-to-know” messaging • Experience drafting communication materials, talking points, leadership updates, and multichannel communications • Skill in coordinating messaging across multiple initiatives • Logistics Coordination & Project Management • Experience supporting or coordinating large stakeholder groups (200+ superusers) • Ability to manage timelines, track deliverables, and facilitate cross-team collaboration • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing spreadsheets, trackers, and project artifacts • Content Creation • Experience developing huddle sheets, infographics, instructional materials, transition guides, and other user-facing content • Ability to synthesize information into engaging and easy-to-understand formats Key Responsibilities • Manage the project plans and tracking for the change management and training workstreams • Collaborate with change team members to support planning and execution of workplans • Maintain and update key deliverables (e.g., stakeholder analyses, change impact workbooks, communications plans, project timelines) • Collect and aggregate data from various workstreams and translate insights into clear summaries • Draft, refine, and distribute communications, ensuring alignment with other ongoing initiatives • Create presentations, analyses, and summaries for senior leadership updates • Develop user-facing reference materials including huddle sheets, transition guides, crosswalks, and job aids • Manage content and upkeep of the project website • Coordinate training, oversight, and compliance for more than 200 superusers • Partner with stakeholders across functions and workstreams to ensure consistency and alignment Qualifications Education • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Education, or similar field • Preferred: Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, or related discipline Experience • Required: • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and managing project plans and engagement strategies for complex initiatives • Experience supporting large-scale organizational projects • Preferred: • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations • Experience with Infor CloudSuite or similar systems • Experience working in healthcare or life sciences Licenses / Certifications • Preferred: Project Management certification Skills & Abilities • Ability to partner with team leaders to design project deliverables, conduct interviews, summarize themes, and present results • Ability to learn and apply change management methodologies • Strong data gathering, organization, and interpretation skills • Excellent project management capabilities • Ability to work independently while integrating input from a diverse team • Strong written communication skills, including summarizing data and simplifying complex ideas • Ability to synthesize information into clear presentations and concise narratives • Ability to coordinate messaging across multiple initiatives
