About Us Ghost Athletics is the first business dedicated exclusively to equity and advancement in women’s football. We provide elite training standards, performance clinics, and opportunities for female athletes nationwide. We’re now seeking a skilled Fundraising Consultant to help us scale our impact and secure sponsorships for our 2025 initiatives. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic fundraising professional who can design and execute strategies to attract corporate sponsorships, grants, and individual donations. The consultant will work closely with our leadership team to fuel growth for upcoming events and long-term programming for women’s football athletes. Responsibilities Develop and implement a fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals. Identify and pursue potential sponsors, donors, and grant opportunities. Create compelling proposals, presentations, and sponsorship packages. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners. Track fundraising progress and report results to leadership. Qualifications Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship sales, or nonprofit development. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with sports, women’s athletics, or community-based nonprofits preferred. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
