Bachelor's degree in related field with 2+ years relevant experience or 5+ years cyber incident response, 10 years program management, 5 years cybersecurity experience, Top Secret clearance, and US citizenship.
Program Manager (Q or Top Secret clearance) Cybersecurity Program Manager, IT Governance Manager, Portfolio Manager, Compliance Manager, Program Lead Description: Clearance Required: Q or TS Location: Remote 90% (Oak Ridge, TN) Develop and maintain strategic plans for cybersecurity and IT programs – Perform needs analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvements – Provide guidance on continuity of operations plans, supply chain risk management, and enterprise cybersecurity – Ensure acquisitions, procurements, and outsourcing address information security requirements – Act as primary stakeholder for IT operational processes, monitor service delivery, and define Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) – Lead budget, staffing, and contracting efforts – Oversee risk management, project planning, and organizational alignment – Maintain knowledge of IT acquisition/procurement lifecycle and enterprise architecture standards (ITIL, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field with 2+ years of relevant professional experience OR 5+ years cyber incident response experience – Master’s or PhD may substitute for years of experience – Recognized as an expert in program/project management and IT governance with demonstrated leadership in complex cybersecurity initiatives – Demonstrated experience in attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem-solving Program/Project management expertise with cross-functional teams – Knowledge of contracting, procurement, and enterprise IT governance – Strategic planning, organizational awareness, and risk management skills – Ability to oversee lifecycle cost estimates, resource management, and IT service delivery – Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $120,000.00 per year Experience: • Program management: 10 years (Required) • Cybersecurity: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: • Are you a US Citizen?
