Our Northeast Water team is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team in King of Prussia, PA to help accelerate the growth of our Water Business across the region. This is a high-impact role where you’ll provide technical leadership and oversee the delivery of major water and wastewater treatment initiatives, including master plans, sewer system evaluations, pump station and pipeline design, and treatment plant upgrades. You’ll be the primary client contact, guiding project strategy, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring top-tier quality and compliance throughout every phase. Beyond project delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in business development—crafting winning strategies, pricing scopes, and building lasting relationships with our clients in Pennsylvania and neighboring states. You’ll mentor and grow your team, contribute to recruiting efforts, and collaborate across service lines to share work and expand our regional footprint. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: • Project Management: Manage a portfolio of projects. • Client & Customer Management (External): Manage important client relationships or oversee relationship management with a group of more transactional clients and customers. • Solutions Analysis: Identify and evaluate complex, expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs. • Business Requirements Identification: Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals. • Contract Management: Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service-level agreements. Will also plan, coordinate, and supervise activities relating to major contracts. What you’ll bring to the team: • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering or closely related field • Professional Engineer (PE) license in PA or ability to acquire it • 10+ years of relevant water engineering experience • Knowledge of water regulations including wastewater treatment and conveyance, surface water treatment, lead and copper and disinfection byproduct rules, etc. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently • Willing and able to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed #LI-JK1 As a multicultural organization, we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
