Full Description

Key Responsibilities • Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal usage • Maintain records of orders and the amount, type and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system • Maintain inventory of spare and replacement parts • Assume Administrative duties as directed, including those related to invoicing, scanning inspection sheet and other documents in various software systems • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications/Skills • Post Secondary Diploma would be an asset • Experience with parts would be an asset • Computer literate • Strong attention to detail • Good communication skills • Strong team player • Organizational, and problem-solving skills #GFLTalent
