The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Senior Full-stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of major parts of our platform—scaling web, mobile, and backend systems that enable members, providers, and health coaches to thrive. You’ll operate across the stack, from designing secure, high-performance services to leading the development of intuitive, AI-powered user experiences. As one of our senior engineers, you’ll help shape the direction of our architecture and deliver features that directly improve people’s lives. Key Responsibilities Own full-stack development: Lead the design, build, and maintenance of applications across web and mobile platforms using Next.js, Node.js, Fastify, and Flutter Architect backend systems: Develop secure, scalable services and APIs with TypeScript, REST, and Drizzle ORM, ensuring reliability and performance at scale Drive AI integration: Design and implement LLM-powered features, such as dynamic care plan generation, intelligent chat support, and data-driven insights Build internal tooling: Architect dashboards and workflows that streamline operations for health coaches, providers, and support staff Deliver mobile-first UX: Build seamless, data-rich user experiences that integrate results from labs, wearables, and care teams Manage payments & billing: Own subscription and payment infrastructure, including secure Stripe integrations and financial workflows Provide technical leadership: Contribute to key architectural decisions, evaluate new technologies, and champion best practices for scalability, performance, and security Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver features iteratively, balancing speed with quality and reliability Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping production applications Deep expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Fastify, and modern API development Strong track record building and scaling mobile applications with Flutter Hands-on experience integrating or building with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Solid understanding of relational databases and ORMs, ideally Drizzle or similar frameworks Experience with payment systems, ideally Stripe (subscriptions, secure flows, billing infrastructure) Proven ability to design and build internal dashboards and operational tools for complex systems Demonstrated experience making architectural decisions and leading technical projects Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines Passion for health tech, biohacking, or human performance (a plus) Nice to Haves Background building healthcare products or working with HIPAA-compliant systems Familiarity with diagnostics, biomarker tracking, or functional medicine Prior experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment Knowledge of scheduling systems, telehealth platforms, or multi-role user systems Why Join Geviti?
