The Opportunity We’re seeking a Senior Brand Designer to elevate Geviti’s creative presence across platforms and campaigns. This role is a senior individual contributor position, designed for a highly skilled designer who can bring creative ideas to life while collaborating across teams. You’ll own the production of high-performing assets, ensure design consistency, and push creative boundaries that make our brand memorable and impactful. ** This role is remote-eligible within the United States, offering flexibility for candidates based outside of Arizona. However, we have a preference for candidates located in the Gilbert/Phoenix area, where Geviti’s office is based. Local candidates for this role have the opportunity to work on a hybrid model, coming into the office for in-person collaboration, creative sessions, and team events. Key Responsibilities Creative Development & Execution: Own the design process from concept through delivery, creating high-performing assets across digital, email, and brand campaigns. Use Figma and modern workflows to deliver polished, consistent creative. Cross-Channel Design: Lead creative for organic and paid platforms (Instagram, Reddit, Display, Programmatic) and translate campaign strategies into social-first assets optimized for testing and performance. Collaboration & Brand Stewardship: Partner with marketing, product design, and development teams to ensure all creative is aligned, on-brand, and culturally relevant within the health & wellness space. Expanded Creative Skills: Apply video editing, illustration, and animation to bring campaigns to life. Contribute to special projects such as apparel design concepts and web design enhancements. Innovation & Storytelling: Explore new creative approaches, formats, and trends that deepen engagement and strengthen Geviti’s brand presence. Required Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Figma and fluency in modern design workflows Experience collaborating with product design and development teams Strong portfolio of high-performing digital creative across paid and organic platforms Passion for health & wellness; apparel design experience a plus Hands-on ability with video editing and/or illustration/graphic animation Proven ability to balance big-picture creative vision with executional detail Why Join Geviti?
