About the Role We are seeking a highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Property Manager with at least 1–2 years of vacation rental or short-term rental experience. Applicants with multiple years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply. This role requires someone who understands that the #1 mission is to consistently deliver 5-star guest experiences. Every guest message, phone call, inspection, replenishment, turnover, and operational decision must support maintaining perfect or near-perfect reviews across all platforms. You must be fast, accurate, friendly, and solution-oriented at all times. This is a hybrid role blending work-from-home responsibilities with in-field operational tasks such as property inspections, turnovers, stocking supplies, meeting new clients, and coordinating repairs. You structure your workflow throughout the day, but you must be responsive and available from 9AM–8PM, as guest communication and STR operations move quickly. You will receive one full day off per week. Compensation & Structure Trial Period – 1 Month (Part-Time Evaluation Phase) • $2,000/month Month 2 and Onward – Full-Time Role • $4,000/month salary • Opportunities to expand responsibilities and income as the portfolio grows GAS MONEY: WE PAY 50% OF YOUR GAS MILEAGE ON YOUR CAR AS WELL TO COMPENSATE FOR DRIVING What We’re Looking For Professional Qualities • Extremely responsible, dependable, and self-managed • Deep commitment to maintaining consistent 5-star reviews • Calm, patient, and composed under pressure • Superb written and verbal communication skills • Highly detail-oriented and excellent at time-sensitive tasks • Proactive and able to anticipate issues before they escalate Experience Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years experience in vacation rentals, Airbnb/STR operations, or property management • Candidates with 3–5+ years of vacation rental experience are welcome to apply • Strong proficiency in: • Airbnb • Guesty • Experience with: • VRBO • Booking.com • Google Suite • Outlook & Microsoft Teams • Ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools Other Requirements • Reliable personal transportation • A working smartphone • Ability to work independently with strong accountability • Design or staging experience is a plus Job Duties Guest Communication & Support • Respond quickly across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Guesty • Take calls from guests, owners, cleaners, and maintenance teams • Provide fast, professional, solution-oriented service • Ensure all communication contributes to 5-star guest experiences Property Operations • Perform property checks and document all damages or issues • Restock homes and purchase needed items to maintain company standards • Oversee turnovers, cleanings, and light repairs • Create and assign cleaner and maintenance tasks in Guesty • Ensure properties stay fully stocked, organized, and guest-ready at all times Client & Vendor Coordination • Assist with onboarding new properties and meeting new clients • Coordinate with vendors and owners for major repairs • Maintain accurate notes, logs, and records for each property Ideal Candidate You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.
