Getaway and Stay, a Wisconsin-based vacation rental management company scaling across TN, WI, WY and the Gulf Coast is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to help us grow from 30 to 60 managed properties in the next 18 months. Join our lean, entrepreneurial team and make a real impact! The minimum commission is $5,000 for a qualified signed contract. • Drive Growth: Onboard high-value vacation rental properties (projected to gross $100,000+ annually) using our streamlined GHL (GoHighLevel) workflows and funnels. • Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, texts, emails, and flyer mailers to generate new property management contracts. We have lists of great potential clients. • Manage Inbound Leads: Follow up on high-potential leads from our curated lists of underserved property owners (frustrated with poorly reviewed managers) and upcoming Google and Yelp ad campaigns, all eligible for commissions. • Leverage Our Edge: Use our data-driven tools (PriceLabs, Key Data, EOS systems) to pitch our superior results compared to big-box firms like Vacasa with confidence. • Collaborate: Coordinate with our VA-driven ops team, photographers, and contractors to ensure properties are market-ready and listed on Airbnb and Vrbo. • Negotiate & Succeed: Secure management fees of 20%+ while aligning with owners’ goals to deliver 5-star experiences. What We’re Looking For: • Proven sales experience with a knack for closing deals and building client relationships. • High-energy, entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage onboarding via Monday and Slack, serving as the primary point of contact (POC) for new clients while our team handles the heavy lifting of the onboarding process. • Comfort with being the key liaison for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from contract to property listing.
