Data Analyst & Google Ads Expert (part-time) We’re looking for a data-driven SEO & Google Ads Expert with proven experience analyzing performance data and applying advanced, results-driven strategies that improve ROI. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of what works in both Google Ads and SEO, and can turn complex data insights into clear, actionable plans for growth. Pay: $35 - $45 per hour depending on experience Hours: 5-10 per week with opportunities for growth Schedule: Flexible Location: Remote - U.S. residents only Responsibilities: • Analyze performance data within Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. • Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve visibility, organic traffic, and conversions. • Identify opportunities to improve Google Ads structure, targeting, and performance. • Evaluate websites and recommend conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics to increase conversions and engagement. • Stay current with Google algorithm updates, ad trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and compliant. • Troubleshoot conversion tracking issues within Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and GA4. • Communicate with team discussing data, trends, and strategies Requirements: • 5+ years of Google Ads & SEO experience • Proficiency in GA4, GSC, and Google Ads • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, strategic recommendations • Excellent communication skills, you can explain insights to both technical and non-technical team members • Experience working within agency environments or managing multiple client accounts • A proactive mindset, you catch issues, uncover opportunities, and don’t wait for someone else to flag them • A love of spreadsheets, dashboards, and uncovering the “why” behind performance metrics • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects About Get YOU Found - Digital Marketing Our award-winning digital marketing agency, Get YOU Found Digital Marketing, was started in 2008 in Greensboro, NC.
