Creative Insights & Data Analyst (Gaming & Influencer) Location: East Coast or CST, USA Level: Mid-Level (4–6 years’ experience) or Senior (6–8 years’ experience) Reporting To: Head of Creative Key Collaborators: • Senior Creative Strategist & Creative Strategists • Leadership Team • Head of Performance About the Role As creative needs continue to grow, we’re seeking a Creative Insights & Data Analyst to bring data-driven insight, cultural intelligence, and strategic rationale into the creative process. While our current setup delivers fast, high-quality creative output, we lack a dedicated layer for research and insight to guide strategy, inform thought leadership, and strengthen campaign effectiveness. This role bridges creative strategy with performance intelligence, helping the team make smarter, research-backed decisions and supporting new business opportunities with actionable insights. In short, this person will combine research, cultural trends, benchmarks, and bold ideas to ensure creative work consistently hits the mark, while providing leadership with the data they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Insights, Research & Analysis • Track trends, competitors, and cultural insights, producing monthly reports on creators, culture, and audience behavior. • Analyse campaign and post-campaign data to inform future strategies, particularly in collaboration with Performance and Partnerships teams. • Translate data into actionable recommendations for creative briefs, proposals, and creator selection. • Conduct competitor analysis and forward-looking trend/language/format analysis to identify market opportunities. • Evaluate and recommend tools to strengthen insight capabilities (e.g., GWI, Tubular, Trendwatching). Creative Strategy & Ideation Support • Support the Head of Creative and Senior Creative Strategists in pitch development, creative briefs, and brainstorming sessions. • Identify new storytelling angles for campaigns and client proposals based on research and insight. • Co-develop creative opportunity roadmaps, highlighting where data-led ideas can drive client growth. • Own annual roadmaps for key releases and trends relevant to the industry. Team Enablement & Collaboration • Guide creative coordinators during high-volume periods. • Support templating of data-led strategy decks and ensure consistency across presentations. • Work cross-functionally with Performance, Campaign, and Partnerships teams to strengthen client relationships and new business initiatives. Thought Leadership • Produce monthly culture and trend newsletters/LinkedIn content to position the agency as a strategic creative leader. • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to share insights for external communications. • Contribute to award entries and PR content with insight-backed storytelling. Required Skills & Experience Platform & Data Expertise • Strong understanding of social media metrics, platform dynamics, and influencer marketing measurement. • Familiarity with social listening tools and data platforms to analyse content performance. • Knowledge of platform-specific conversion strategies and content formats. Creative & Content Analysis • Experience analyzing creative and content performance, including awareness and conversion campaigns. • Ability to identify repeatable strategies, content hooks, and formats for scalable success. • Translate consumer behavior and trends into actionable strategic recommendations. Data & Insight • Comfortable working with multiple data tools and translating insights into creative strategy. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data understandable and actionable.
