Full Description

We are looking for a strategic and technical leader to take charge of our data collection platform. We are not looking for a simple administrator, but someone who treats the site as their own and has the ambition to scale it up. Your Mission You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring that text extraction tasks are completed to the highest quality standards, on schedule, and at scale. Key Responsibilities • Product and Tech Management: Identify bottlenecks and optimize the platform to improve user efficiency. You have complete autonomy to redesign features if necessary. • Growth & Marketing Strategy: Design and execute campaigns (Ads, Reddit, Social Media) to attract and retain an active user base. • System Optimization: Implement referral programs and incentive schemes to scale the volume of completed tasks. • User Success: Manage support and ensure an exceptional user experience to maintain community satisfaction. Desired Profile • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-management skills (“Full Creative Control”). • Technical experience to suggest or implement improvements to the website flow. • Results-oriented digital marketing skills. • Analytical skills to work under productivity KPIs. Compensation and Benefits • Payment Model: Weekly payment based on KPI fulfillment (volume of tasks successfully completed). • Estimated Rate: We estimate a base rate of $50–$70 AUD per hour, depending on the scale and difficulty of the objectives achieved. • Total Autonomy: Complete freedom to make decisions about marketing, design, and site development.
