### **Position Summary:** GESGRP is seeking an Office Manager/Business Development Coordinator to join our team to promote our back-end office and program management services to our target markets. This role is a unique blend of responsibilities that involves managing the daily office operations while also supporting the company’s business development efforts. The ideal candidate is an organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping our company thrive. ### **Highlights:** - Report directly to the Managing Partner and VP of Business Development - Join a growing company early and contribute to developing the client base **while earning profit share of each new client you sign** - Flexible schedule ### **Key Responsibilities:** ### **Business Development Support:** - Assist in the development of business growth strategies, market research, and lead generation activities. - Build and grow relationships with key clients - Coordinate meetings, presentations, and communication with potential clients, partners, and investors. - Prepare reports, proposals, and other documents related to business development efforts. ### **Office Management:** - Handle business filings and administrative duties for the business as a whole. - Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks, office supplies, and equipment. - Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers. - Manage schedules and appointments for the executive team. ### **Data Management:** - Maintain accurate records and databases, tracking business development activities and outcomes. - Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to business development initiatives. ### **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience in business development, or a related role. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - A strong LinkedIn profile or network is beneficial ### **Additional Details:** - This is a part-time position with competitive compensation and an opportunity to grow into full time. - The role may require occasional flexibility in work hours to accommodate office needs. - Qualified candidates will have the opportunity for professional growth and development. - Competitive hourly rate based on experience **plus profit sharing for new business acquired.** - **Travel may be required for business development efforts** • *GES-GRP **is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
