Assist in organizational planning, lead HR projects, and support talent initiatives across multiple locations.
Requires 5+ years in HR or related fields, experience in multi-site environments, and strong communication and project management skills.
Job Description: • Assist in the development of organizational planning, utilizing a deep understanding of the business needs. • Take a consultative approach to engaging with managers on business and people issues. • Provide HR project leadership in the development of policy revisions and/or other employee related programs. • Consult with managers on all aspects of leadership and employee/labor relations. • Lead projects and track project goals and tasks, report on progress, make recommendations and help with implementation. • Ensure consistent and equitable application of organizational policies and procedures across a functional area or location. • Lead and execute on talent initiatives and act as a change agent to enable the growth & development of our people. • In consultation with Operations and HR partners, plan and support talent planning, performance review, career development, employee development, ID&E, retention and employee engagement initiatives. • Partner with Operations and HR partners to develop and execute plans to reduce turnover in high turnover positions/markets. • Accountable for the development and deployment of resources and tools into the field to optimize an environment free of all discrimination and harassment by measuring employee engagement, turnover, and compliance with applicable laws. • Provide support and coaching to management positions on individual development plans. • Facilitate and support succession planning, performance management, performance planning and other talent management and HR programs. • Support a cohesive and collaborative, growth-focused team. Requirements: • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional experience equivalent. • 5+ years' experience in operations leadership, organizational development, human resources, recruiting or related fields. • Experience providing field support in a multi-site/location environment. • Prior experience creating or implementing a people strategy for an hourly/salary workforce. • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Advanced skills using Google Workspace (Formally G-Suite) • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong facilitation and project management skills. • A demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization. • Excellent problem solving and quality decision-making. • Strong business acumen (ability to see the big picture and operate with perspective). • Flexibility in availability to support business operations, which may sometimes include evening and weekend hours. • Reasonable access to an airport. • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
