What you will do As a Sourcing Manager, you will utilize your strategic sourcing skills to complete the following responsibilities:• Take complete ownership of team’s performance (SLA’s/KPI’s) and provide aggregate reporting on entire team’s performance and utilization.• Utilize strong client-service attitude to drive strong stakeholder relationships; manage and provide relevant periodic updates to report on progress.• Act as single point of contact for purchasing category team; exhibit the ability to manage entire operations related to category management, sourcing and procurement activities.• Oversee contract execution by proactively engaging with client stakeholders, legal and audit teams.• Ensure continuity of direct or indirect category services by maintaining qualified alternative sources, robust Disaster Recovery Plans and recommendation of industry best practices• Utilize your leadership skills to demonstrate effective resource management skills.• Identify and evaluate opportunities for additional business growth Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional Compensation: Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance. What you should bring • 5+ years of procurement/purchasing or supply chain experience with a minimum of 3 years of direct or indirect category experience.• Well-developed financial analysis, quantitative skills & cost modeling• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence; data-driven decision-making skills.• Intermediate or above knowledge Excel, Access, Word; PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP/ P2P systems• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required.• Success in motivating and mentoring teams• Bachelors (RQ), MBA (PF) CPIM, CSCP or CPM certification (PF)
