Geotab is seeking a Solution Partnerships Manager, a pivotal role responsible for supporting and expanding relationships with existing revenue-generating partners.This position serves as the centralized point at Geotab for managing key integration partners, OEM partners, and platform partners. The primary responsibility of the Solution Partnerships Manager is to drive revenue growth by providing account management services and spearheading business development initiatives. What you'll do: The Solution Partnerships Manager will manage 3rd party partners, ensuring that these relationships are not only maintained but also expanded to maximize revenue opportunities. The Manager will develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans tailored to each partner, aligning these plans with Geotab's overall business objectives. This involves collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, as well as identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities to drive business development. How you'll make an impact: Manage each of the assigned Partners from an account management perspective. Ensure each Partner is successful in navigating across internal Geotab departments and distribution channels. Develop an annual Business Plan with the Partner and own delivery of having quarterly reviews with each partner in conjunction with other stakeholders. Proactively identify and recommend improved integrations and business opportunities. Own, nurture, and fully own the relationships with each level within the partner. Work with your manager to create measurable target metrics and measurable sales goals related to assigned partners. Master internal processes to help your partner navigate the internal Geotab systems and teams. Be the internal champion for your partners within Geotab and with the resellers. Work in conjunction with other internal teams that interact with your partners in managing the overarching relationship with the partner. Work with the Partner to develop and improve training and marketing materials targeting PAMs, resellers and customers. Support Geotab global strategic initiatives. What you'll bring to the role: 5- 8 years of experience in Sales, Partner Management, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is highly valued. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted. Strong understanding of distribution channels, partner ecosystems, fleet/telematics trends, and competitor landscape. Skilled in positioning products, tailoring value propositions, and applying sales/marketing strategies. Anticipate market shifts, analyze root causes, and deliver practical solutions aligned with business goals. Build trusted partnerships, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate effectively through presentations, negotiations, and training. Manage initiatives, resources, and timelines efficiently while thriving in dynamic environments. Proven ability to persuade, shape direction, and align stakeholders on strategy. Geotab offers various perks and benefits and other compensation components that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary for this position would depend on a variety of factors such as but not specific to skills, qualifications, education and overall experience, including the location the applicant lives or intends to live while performing the job. This also includes equity with other team members and alignment with local market data.
