Dynamics 365 Business Analyst Vienna, VA ( Remote ) 12+ months contract Rate - depending on experience Job Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, or any related field • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications strongly preferred • Minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience • Excellent knowledge of the Dynamics CRM 365 Product and hands on experience configuring the product including: Entity Creation, Workflows, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, etc. • Strong project experience translating client business needs into software capabilities. • At least 5 years project experience creating functional designs, test conditions and test scripts. • Understanding in agile environments. • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. • Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process modelling tools preferred. • Excellent English writing and verbal skills Remote Skills: Business Analysis, Business Processes, Business Solutions, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), English Language, Functional Testing, Information Technology & Information Systems, Microsoft Certifications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Presentation/Verbal Skills, Process Flow, Process Modeling, Technical/Engineering Design, Test Design, Test Scripts, Writing Skills About the Company: Georgia Tek Systems
