Client: RTX () Contract thru 12/31/2026 100% Remote Hourly rate could be w2 (non-benefited) or C2C (independent contractors no 3rd party candidates) Summary of Role: RTX Enterprise Services Digital Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Coordinator to join the Cybersecurity Strategy and Transformation team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting cybersecurity initiatives, helping to transform ideas into impactful outcomes. This role contributes to the oneRTX transformation efforts, ensuring alignment and efficiency across enterprise functions. What You Will Do: • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities to ensure successful delivery. • Maintain and update the cyber technology catalog, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes. • Document comprehensive meeting notes, track action items, and facilitate timely follow-ups. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various teams to gather updates, clarify requirements, and provide project-related information. • Maintain accurate project data in tools like Planview for effective tracking, reporting, and execution. • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency. • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate project progress to stakeholders. • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with established goals and objectives. • Identify potential roadblocks early, remove impediments, and escalate critical issues to ensure project success. • Assist in the preparation and execution of project reviews (e.g., REPM Gated Process). • Build strong relationships and ensure alignment across enterprise cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications • Typically requires a bachelor s degree in project management, business administration, computer science, or a related field. • 3-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination (preferably in IT), IT roles, or a technical environment. • Basic understanding of cybersecurity technologies and terminology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools quickly. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Experience working with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between technical teams and stakeholders. • Ability to coordinate activities and ensure alignment between technical teams and stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Experience with internal project management tools and review processes (e.g., Jira, Planview, and REPM Gated Processes). Preferred Qualifications (pluses) • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) for creating dashboards or reports. • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM). • Experience in cybersecurity and strong familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and terminology.
