Role Overview: As an AI Software Developer at GeoDelphi, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our Iris platform, which delivers AI-powered analysis and simulation capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize algorithms that uncover hidden relationships and patterns of life, driving impactful insights for our clients. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain AI and machine learning models to support the Iris platform. - You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into scalable software systems. - You will analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and improve algorithm performance. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI software components. - You will document software designs, processes, and updates to ensure knowledge sharing. - You will stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate. - You will support the deployment and maintenance of AI applications in cloud and on-premise environments. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI software development or machine learning engineering. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. - Eligibility to obtain security clearance. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with geospatial data and analysis. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of simulation and modeling techniques. - Prior experience in a defense or intelligence community environment.
