Role Overview: As an AI Software Developer at GeoDelphi, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our Iris platform, which delivers AI-powered analysis and simulation capabilities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and optimize software solutions that uncover hidden relationships and patterns of life, supporting mission-critical decision-making. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain AI algorithms and software components for the Iris platform. - You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate machine learning models into scalable applications. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. - You will support deployment and maintenance of AI software in cloud and on-premise environments. - You will stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate. - You will assist in preparing technical documentation and user guides. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in AI software development or related roles. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with geospatial data processing and analysis. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Prior experience working in a cleared environment or on government contracts. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
