Role Overview: As an AI Software Developer at GeoDelphi, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our Iris platform, which provides cutting-edge AI-powered analysis and simulation capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI models that uncover hidden relationships and patterns of life, driving impactful insights for our clients. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and deploy AI algorithms and machine learning models to enhance the Iris platform. - You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into scalable software applications. - You will analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and improve model accuracy. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI software components. - You will stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to improve platform capabilities. - You will document software designs, processes, and updates to ensure maintainability. - You will support the deployment and maintenance of AI systems in cloud and on-premise environments. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - You have 3+ years of experience in AI software development, including machine learning and deep learning. - You are proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - You have hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams. - You have excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with geospatial data and analytics. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Security clearance eligibility or prior experience working in cleared environments. - Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
