Role Overview: As an AI Software Developer at GeoDelphi, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our Iris platform, which delivers cutting-edge AI-powered analysis and simulation capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI models that uncover hidden relationships and patterns of life, driving impactful decision-making. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain AI and machine learning algorithms for geospatial data analysis. - You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into scalable software solutions. - You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment. - You will optimize AI models for performance and accuracy in real-time applications. - You will troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. - You will contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. - You will stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance our platform. - You will support security and compliance requirements related to software development and deployment. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in AI software development, preferably with geospatial or simulation applications. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. - Eligibility to obtain security clearance. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with geospatial data and GIS technologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Prior experience in defense or intelligence sectors.
