Role Overview: As an AI Software Developer at GeoDelphi, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our Iris platform, which delivers AI-powered analysis and simulation capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize software that uncovers hidden relationships and patterns of life, driving impactful insights for our clients. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain AI algorithms and software components for the Iris platform. - You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into scalable applications. - You will analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and improve AI model accuracy. - You will participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. - You will support deployment and maintenance of AI solutions in cloud and on-premise environments. - You will document software designs, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing. - You will stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - You have 3+ years of experience in AI software development, including machine learning and data analysis. - You are proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - You have experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams. - You are eligible for security clearance and comfortable working in a secure environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with geospatial data processing and analysis. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of simulation and modeling techniques. - Prior experience working in defense or intelligence sectors.
