Role Overview: As an AI Software Developer at GeoDelphi, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our Iris platform, which delivers on-demand AI-powered analysis and simulation. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to uncover hidden relationships and patterns of life, driving impactful insights for our clients. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain AI algorithms and software components for the Iris platform. - You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into scalable applications. - You will analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and improve AI model accuracy. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. - You will troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. - You will stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption. - You will document software designs, processes, and user guides. - You will support the deployment and maintenance of AI solutions in cloud environments. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in AI software development or related roles. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with geospatial data analysis and GIS technologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Security clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance. - Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
