Role Overview: As an AI Software Developer at GeoDelphi, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our Iris platform, which delivers AI-powered analysis and simulation capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize software solutions that uncover hidden relationships and patterns of life (POL). What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain AI-driven software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. - You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate machine learning models into scalable software solutions. - You will participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery. - You will contribute to the architecture and design of new features for the Iris platform. - You will optimize algorithms for performance and accuracy in real-time data processing. - You will document software designs, processes, and user guides to support team knowledge sharing. - You will stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance product capabilities. - You will support deployment and maintenance of AI software in cloud and on-premise environments. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI or machine learning applications. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. - Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile development environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with geospatial data processing and analysis. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Security clearance eligibility or prior experience working in cleared environments. - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
