Role Overview: As an AI Software Developer at GeoDelphi, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing AI-powered analysis and simulation tools. You will work with the Iris platform to uncover hidden relationships and patterns of life, contributing to cutting-edge solutions that support critical decision-making processes. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain AI algorithms and software components for the Iris platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into geospatial analysis tools. - You will analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and insights that drive platform enhancements. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure software quality and performance. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of AI models through testing and validation. - You will support the deployment and scaling of AI solutions in cloud and on-premise environments. - You will document software designs, processes, and best practices. - You will stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to inform development strategies. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in AI software development or a similar role. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. - Eligibility to obtain security clearance. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with geospatial data analysis and GIS technologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques. - Prior experience working in a cleared environment or on government contracts.
