What You’ll Do as a Quality Assurance Electrician: Inspect residential electrical work for NEC and MN code compliance in and around the Twin Cities Ensure jobs are ready for inspection by local/state electrical inspectors Train and mentor electrical apprentices Communicate effectively with homeowners, dispatch, and internal teams Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned! What We’re Looking For in a Quality Assurance Electrician: Minnesota Journeyman or Master Electrician License Required Valid Driver’s License Required (we provide the vehicle!) Keen knowledge residential systems and code compliance Strong leadership and teaching abilities Reliable, self-motivated, and open to feedback Able to adapt to change!
