POSITION TITLE Director Product Management – Customer Acquisition POSITION LOCATION Remote - Must travel as needed YOUR ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director - Product Management – Customer Acquisition to lead the development of B2B2C web lead acquisition channel, improving SEO experience on CareScout.com and a new mobile application. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering, with a strong emphasis on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through exceptional digital experiences and robust SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle for B2B and B2C -focused web platforms and native mobile applications. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring that our digital products not only meet the evolving needs of our business customers but are also highly discoverable and optimized for search engines. What you will be doing Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and articulate a clear product vision,strategy, and roadmap for our web and mobile applications, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities. B2B/B2C Web Experience: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features and enhancements for our B2B/B2C web acquisition channel, focusing on user-friendliness, scalability, and delivering a seamless customer journey. Conversion: You will do required A/B tests to increase lead acquisition and match conversion for leads on CareScout.com SEO & Growth: Define and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve keyword rankings. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits. Mobile Application Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of a new iOS and Android applications, from concept and design to development, launch, and postlaunch optimization. User-Centric Approach: Champion a user-centric approach by conducting market research, user interviews, and data analysis to deeply understand our B2B/B2C customers' needs, pain points, and workflows. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market execution. Data-Driven Decisions: Define and analyze key product metrics and KPIs to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform product decisions. Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating product strategy into detailed user stories and requirements for the development team. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in B2B/B2C web development, SEO, and mobile applications. What you bring 9+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on B2B/B2C web products or platforms. Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies with a proven impact on organic growth. Experience in similar role in the Senior Care industry Experience managing the full lifecycle of mobile applications (iOS and/or Android). Strong understanding of the B2B/B2C customer lifecycle and the unique challenges of building products for a business audience. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush), and algorithm updates. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for making data driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Nice to have Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques. Familiarity with web analytics and business intelligence tools. Previous experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven industry.
