Our law firm currently has 13 attorneys and is looking to expand. Direct client contact available with an opportunity to work under the guidance of some of Chicago’s leading tax controversy and business attorneys. Central Loop location. Resume required. Overall compensation commensurate with experience. Health insurance, profit sharing, 401(k) plan, etc. Our work environment includes: • Modern office setting • Casual work attire • Relaxed and professional atmosphere Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents such as operating agreements, contracts, wills and trusts. • Conduct legal research and analysis. • Advise clients on business legal matters. • Represent clients in court proceedings. • Keep up to date with changes in the law. Work Location: In person (Hybrid available after trial period) Qualifications • Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
