We are hiring a Partnerships & Investor Coordinator to source and coordinate three critical pipelines: 1. Qualify readiness, align the right entry pathway, and connect them with Launchpad mentors (operators, advisors, industry experts) to accelerate diligence and fit. 2. Investors (institutional, family offices, corporates, funds) seeking to deploy capital into U.S. projects. Map theses and ticket sizes to opportunities, facilitate mentor introductions (sector specialists, ex-founders, finance experts), and coordinate next steps toward LOIs/MOUs. 3. Strategic Partners—U.S. companies and service providers (legal, tax, HR/PEO, banking/fintech, site selection, systems integrators, marketing/comms) eager to collaborate with international entities entering the U.S. Recruit, onboard, and mentor-match partners to create de-risked, execution-ready landing zones for clients. You’ll build relationships, qualify opportunities, coordinate diligence with our internal team, and embed mentorship (briefings, office hours, targeted advisory) to keep deal flow moving connecting founders, corporates, EDOs, partners, and investors. Key Outcomes · Qualified Expansion Leads: Steady monthly inflow of vetted companies pursuing U.S. entry (M&A, JV, partnerships). · Investor Pipeline: Regular introductions to capital partners aligned to sector, check size, and timeline. · Strategic Partnerships: MOUs/agreements with U.S. companies and service partners to support market entry. · Mentorship Activation: Rostered mentors matched by stage/need; ≥ 80% of active opportunities receive at least one mentor session per quarter. · Market Coverage: Relationships activated with trade offices, chambers, accelerators, and industry associations in priority regions. What You’ll Do · Source & Qualify: Identify international companies primed for U.S. expansion; qualify for fit, readiness, and entry pathway (M&A, JV, alliance, greenfield). · Investor Coordination: Collaborate with Program Director to build a capital partner roster; match opportunities with investor theses; coordinate meetings and next steps to LOI/MOU. · Partner Ecosystem: Recruit and manage strategic U.S. partners (legal, tax, banking, HR, site selectors, integrators, marketing/comms) to support incoming clients. · Mentor Network: Recruit mentors, schedule office hours, prep briefs, and track outcomes/follow-ups. · Outreach & Events: Assist the Program Director to set up webinars, roadshows, and conference touchpoints; prepare briefings, one-pagers, and follow-ups. · Diligence Support: Schedule expert calls, assemble data-room checklists, align advisors, and track milestones. · Reporting: Produce weekly status reports highlighting activity. · Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Marketing/Comms on prospect narratives and with Advisory/Operations on scoping and onboarding. What You Bring · 3–7 years in partnerships, business development, investor relations, or trade/investment promotion (accelerator, consulting, PE/VC, corporate development, or EDO experience is a plus). · Working familiarity with cross-border M&A/JV concepts (deal stages, LOI, NDA, diligence basics). · A relevant network among international founders, corporates, investors, trade offices, or industry groups and the hustle to grow it. · Strong coordination skills: calendars tight, notes clean, momentum high across stakeholders/time zones. · Excellent communication in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, etc.) are a plus. · Comfortable with CRMs, virtual data rooms, and standard deal docs; detail-oriented and outcome-driven.
