Oversee daily operations, improve systems, and develop a team to support business growth.
Experience in managing a small to medium-sized operation, process improvement skills, and leadership ability.
Operations Supervisor / Operations Lead Location: On-site Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with occasional extended hours as needed) Compensation: Salaried (commensurate with experience) Growth Opportunity: Significant upside as the business scales About the Role We’re looking for an Operations Leader who wants more than a steady paycheck — someone who wants to help build a business, not just clock in and manage today’s problems. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing home-improvement operation. You’ll run daily operations, improve systems, grow the team, and help take a solid business to the next level. If you enjoy turning chaos into order, tightening processes, and watching a team grow because of your leadership, you’ll love this role. What You’ll Be Doing • Own day-to-day operations across production, inventory, scheduling, and workflow • Improve efficiency, predictability, and quality across the business • Build and develop a strong, accountable team • Identify bottlenecks and fix them before they become fires • Enforce safety standards and quality expectations without compromise • Help design and scale systems that will support future growth • Partner closely with ownership to prepare the business for aggressive expansion Who We’re Looking For This role is for builders, not caretakers. You might be a great fit if you: • Have run a small operation (10-15+ people) with real accountability • May also have experience in larger organizations but are comfortable rolling up your sleeves • Have personally improved processes, not just followed them • Think ahead about how systems need to evolve as volume increases • Are energized by growth, responsibility, and ownership • Care deeply about safety, quality, and professionalism Industry experience is helpful but not required. Home improvement, construction, manufacturing, or field services are a plus — window experience is a bonus, not a requirement. The right operator can learn the technical side quickly. Hours & Expectations (Let’s Be Clear) • Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM • This is a salaried leadership role, not hourly • Most weeks will look normal • During growth spurts, problem periods, or key pushes, extra time may be required • Occasional 50–60 hour weeks can happen — not constantly, not forever, but realistically We’re not looking for someone who wants to punch out at exactly 4:30 every day. We are looking for someone who wants to put in extra effort when it matters — because they believe in what they’re building and where it’s going. Why This Is a Great Opportunity • Real ownership over operations — your decisions matter • A growing business with momentum and ambition • Direct access to leadership and strategic influence • Opportunity to grow with the company and be rewarded as it scales • A team environment where professionalism, accountability, and trust matter This is a chance to be part of something early, help shape it, and ride the growth curve — not just watch it from the sidelines. If You’re Reading This and Thinking: “I’ve done this before… and I know I could do it better.” We should talk. Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off • Professional development assistance Application Question(s): • List one accomplishment that makes you stand out from the rest Work Location: In person
