Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager/Delivery Lead for our client in the utility industry, located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 1+ year contract position. Able to work remotely but must be able to travel as needed. Travel: :25% Compensation: $90.00- $105.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Job Description: Senior Program Manager / Delivery Lead to lead a large-scale, transformational replacement of SAP Work Manager, the primary field work execution tool used by 3,000-4,000 frontline workers across 8 states (gas, electric distribution, electric transmission). This role will own the program from the client side, serving as the key driver of delivery and ensuring a seamless transition for all stakeholders. You will oversee and direct the system integrator, partner closely with internal teams, and lead the change management strategy for all end users. Additionally, you'll manage program financials and provide clear oversight of budgets, timelines, and vendor performance. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the client's primary point of contact for the Systems Integrator • Own program plan, milestones, risks, issues, and budget • Drive delivery across multiple parallel workstreams • Escalate and unblock dependencies on the Xcel side (environments, SMEs, SAP/S4) • Facilitate governance and steering committee alignment • Partner with business leads and frontline workers (ride-alongs, service centers) • Maintain urgency while building trust and consensus Required Qualifications: • Senior Program Manager / Delivery Lead experience (multi-year, multi-workstream) • Systems Integrator leadership (holding Systems Integrator accountable to delivery and process) • Experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations (not just single projects) • Experience deploying technology to frontline/field workers • Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills Required Non-Technical Skills • Executive presence; able to influence Directors and VPs • Consensus-builder across competing stakeholder groups • Proactive risk anticipation (“looks around corners”) • Strong facilitator with both business leaders and frontline workers • Operates with urgency without bulldozing teams Preferred / High-Value Experience • Utility or regulated industry experience • Experience with field work execution tools • SAP (SSAM / S/4 adjacency) or Salesforce Field Service (SFS) experience • Experience working in matrixed organizations • Consulting background • PMP / similar certifications nice to have, not required Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
