What You'll Do: - You will lead the mobile development team through the full software development lifecycle. - You will design and implement scalable, maintainable mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. - You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. - You will ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain application performance. - You will mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - You will stay current with emerging mobile technologies and integrate them into projects where appropriate. - You will contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development. - You possess strong proficiency in Swift and Kotlin for native iOS and Android development. - You have experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. - You demonstrate expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile app architecture patterns like MVVM or MVC. - You have a solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git. - You bring excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools. - Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure. - Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
