Our client, a dynamic organization based in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through effective relationship management and strategic support. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. What You'll Do: - You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives. - You will proactively manage customer accounts to ensure successful adoption and utilization of products or services. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. - You will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - You will develop and deliver presentations and reports to communicate progress and value to stakeholders. - You will drive customer retention and expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - You will gather customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements. - You will manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue. What You Bring: - You bring 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. - You possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer challenges. - You are proficient with CRM software and data analysis tools. - You have the ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment, preferably within the Central Time Zone. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a technology or SaaS company. - Familiarity with contract negotiation and renewal processes. - Knowledge of customer success metrics and KPIs. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
