What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with global clients and understanding of diverse business cultures. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight or Salesforce. - Knowledge of SaaS products and technology industry trends. - Project management experience or certification. - Advanced data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
