What You Bring: - You have 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related analytical role. - You possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. - You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - You have experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. - Knowledge of customer success software such as Gainsight or Totango. - Familiarity with SaaS business models and technology industry trends. - Advanced data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
