What You'll Do: - You will partner closely with global clients to understand their business objectives and challenges. - You will analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - You will develop and deliver insightful reports and presentations to stakeholders. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and enhance the customer experience. - You will monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage to prevent churn. - You will assist in the implementation of customer success strategies and best practices. - You will gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to inform product development. - You will support the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with global clients and understanding of diverse business cultures. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. - Knowledge of SaaS products and the technology industry. - Project management certification or experience. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in international markets.
