Your focus will be on redefining healthcare dining solutions by building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives. What You'll Do: - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare dining sector. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in health systems. - You will create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - You will represent Genesis10 at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility. - You will analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats. - You will provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in the healthcare industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of healthcare dining services and health system operations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel 50-75% of the time as required. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working remotely and managing virtual client relationships. - Established network within healthcare systems in the Southeast region. - Background in healthcare consulting or related fields. - Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
