What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the healthcare dining sector. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within health systems across the Southeast region. - You will identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. - You will manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on progress to senior leadership. - You will represent Genesis10 at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and services. - You will travel 50-75% of the time to meet clients and attend relevant engagements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of business development experience, preferably within healthcare or related industries. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. - Strong understanding of healthcare systems and dining services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with healthcare providers or food service management companies. - Established network within the Southeast healthcare market. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Background in strategic consulting or project management.
