Role Overview: As a Business Development Director in the Healthcare segment, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Genesis10's presence within the Southeast region. Your focus will be on building strategic relationships and driving revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions to healthcare clients. What You'll Do: - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector across the Southeast region. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in health systems and related organizations. - You will collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs. - You will lead contract negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. - You will represent Genesis10 at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility. - You will provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. - You will travel 50-75% of the time to meet clients and attend relevant events. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of business development experience, preferably in healthcare or related industries. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. - Strong understanding of healthcare systems and procurement processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with health systems or healthcare technology providers. - Established network within the Southeast healthcare market. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Previous experience in a fully remote sales role.
