Role Overview: As a Business Development Director in the Healthcare segment, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Genesis10's presence within the Southeast region. Your focus will be on building strategic relationships and driving revenue growth by redefining healthcare dining solutions across health systems. What You'll Do: - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in health systems. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - You will lead sales presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively. - You will manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately. - You will travel 50-75% of the time to engage with clients and attend industry events. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will contribute to the development of strategic business plans. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in the healthcare industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of healthcare systems and dining services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
