Role Overview: As the Business Development Director in the Healthcare segment, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Genesis10's presence within the Southeast region. Your focus will be on building strategic relationships and driving revenue growth by redefining healthcare dining solutions across health systems. What You'll Do: - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector to drive company growth. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in health systems. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance healthcare dining experiences. - You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. - You will travel 50-75% of the time to engage with clients and attend industry events. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. - You will prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies. What You Bring: - You bring at least 7 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within the healthcare or food service industries. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. - You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable with frequent travel and managing a remote work schedule. - You have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience specifically in healthcare dining or food service management. - Established network within health systems or healthcare providers in the Southeast region. - Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards. - Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
