Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst/Reporting Specialist for a 3 month+ contract position with a mortgage loan corporation located in McLean, VA. This position is fully onsite. Rate Range - $60.00 - $64.00 W2 Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst Specialist to support the transformation of our reporting and analytics processes within the Single-Family Acquisitions (SFA) Digital Experience business management team. This role will focus on automating reporting workflows, enhancing executive presentation materials, embedding AI into business processes, and managing our metrics dashboard. Responsibilities: • Reporting Automation: Streamline and automate recurring reporting processes using tools such as Excel and Power BI. • AI Integration: Collaborate with the GenAI and Digital Experience Business Management teams to embed AI capabilities into reporting and business workflows (e.g., RAG-based insights). • Presentation Design: Redesign PowerPoint templates and layouts to align with executive communication standards and improve visual storytelling. • Update Optimization: Refine the structure and cadence of business updates and submissions to reduce redundancy and improve clarity. • Analytics Management: Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for business stakeholders. Requirements: • 5+ executive reporting in Mortgage technology space, data visualization, reporting, ideas, or experiences using AI to streamline processes, understanding of AI and how to prompt AI. • Preferred: Power BI. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the mortgage, financial services, or technology sectors. • Proven experience streamlining and automating business processes and workflows. • Excellent communication and analytical skills. Technical Skills: • Executive dashboard reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). • Workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate, or similar). • AI/ML familiarity (e.g., GenAI, RAG). • Data visualization. • Experience translating complex technical content into concise business updates.
