This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and facilitate smooth client service operations. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing and coordinating client service activities. - You will handle data entry, reporting, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely information flow. - You will communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and provide updates. - You will support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - You will maintain organized records and track key performance metrics. - You will participate in meetings and contribute to project planning and execution. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or operations. - You have strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. - You have the ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. - Previous contract-to-hire or staffing agency experience.
