Role Overview: As a Client Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Operations teams within our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This contract-to-hire position requires onsite presence five days a week and focuses on delivering exceptional administrative and client service support to enhance operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing client communications and resolving inquiries promptly. - You will coordinate and organize client data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. - You will support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client use. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - You will maintain detailed records of client interactions and operational activities. - You will help identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementation efforts. - You will manage scheduling and logistics for client meetings and team events. - You will provide general administrative support to enhance team productivity. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services or administrative roles, preferably within financial services. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, five days a week. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in financial services or related industries. - Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial operations. - Previous contract-to-hire experience.
