This contract-to-hire position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and facilitate smooth client service operations. What You'll Do: - You will assist multiple Operations teams by managing and organizing client service requests and documentation. - You will coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. - You will maintain accurate records and update databases to support operational efficiency. - You will prepare reports and summaries to provide insights into client service activities. - You will support process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. - You will handle scheduling and logistical support for client meetings and team activities. - You will troubleshoot and escalate client concerns as needed to appropriate departments. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all client interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or a related role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA. - Experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred.
